A government issued ID is required for all flights; you are responsible to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and that your travel documents, such as passports and/or visas, are current.
Your electronic confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the contact information during the booking process. Please check spam/junk folders if not received shortly after booking.
No, please keep your card/e-cert in a safe place as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
The On The Fly award does not expire.
Flights are subject to available airline inventory and may not be offered to every destination. Please check for different departure times throughout the day, a different travel/return date, or possibly an alternate airport if your departure and/or destination city is served by multiple airports.
Airline tickets are non-refundable once booked based on airline policy. You may contact the airline directly if you need to request changes prior to your departure date. Please note that any penalties or additional costs to make a change are your responsibility. If you need to cancel, you must contact the airline directly prior to your scheduled departure date. There will not be any residual value if you do not cancel and no-show for the flight. Please provide the confirmation number printed on your electronic ticket receipt so the airline can access your information.
Once your flight itinerary is confirmed, tickets are non-transferable and name changes or traveler substitutions are not permitted per airline rules.
As long as your program allows for this there is no problem using your card/e-cert to book a ticket for a friend or family member.
Your card/e-cert is good for one round trip domestic airline ticket. You can purchase additional tickets directly through the airline website you are traveling on.
Baggage fees, seat assignments or any additional services requiring a fee charged directly by the airline are not included.
The On The Fly platform does not accept any forms of payment.
When you select a seat assignment on our On The Fly website, the request is sent directly to the airline. If the seat is able to be confirmed, it will then appear on your E-ticket confirmation. If you do not request and confirm a seat at the time of ticketing, please check the airline website directly to request your seat. Please note that some preferred seats are only available for purchase and paid directly to the airline.
